When will I receive an email with access codes?
The emails we send out with personalised access codes need to be sent out manually. This means it won't happen automatically within minutes of your online booking. We always try to send out these emails as soon as possible, but you will always receive an email within 15 minutes of the start of your booking. If you still haven't received it by then - please check your spam first. If it's not in your inbox or spam within 15 minutes of the start of your session - please send us a message on instagram!

What isn't permitted in the studio?
While we're pretty laid back and want the studio to be a space to let loose, we do have a few things we ask you refrain from.
- Do not use any lotions, self tan, body paint or similar before/while using the studio
- No drinks that can't be fully sealed (to avoid spills and stains in the small space)
- Please avoid touching the walls and mirrors, and no wall/mirror dancing permitted in general
-
What does my booking include?
Your booking includes private and exclusive access to the studio - inclusive of both stainless steel poles. As well as this, use of any equipment and amenities in the studio itself. We just kindly ask you to look after the things as if they were your own.
There is currently no additional charge for additional people within the booking (if you're going with a friend). The studio isn't absolutely massive so we'd recommend no more than 3 of you at a time just due to space limitations.

What should I do before leaving the studio?
Please clean the full length of the pole(s) you used during your session. This extends to other equipment such as the crash mat and yoga mat if you used these as well.
If you wore heels, please clean any and all scuff marks on the floor (the alcohol spray works great for scuffs!)
If you shed a lot of sequins, hairs, etc (we understand - it happens), please make use of the small vacuum located on the storage shelves to tidy up.
Please put your used cloth in the used cloth basket.
There is no bin located in the studio room itself - but you can find a small bin for any rubbish in the toilet just outside the studio.
Make sure to lock the door fully - and return the key to the key box.
-
What things do you have in the studio to use during my session?
We've tried to think of most things you may need for a wee pole session.
This includes:
- Bluetooth speaker
- Crash mat
- Yoga mat
- Yoga blocks & stretching bands
- Mood/accent lights - controlled with a remote
- Modesty robe (for runs to the loo)
- Assorted toiletries (Spare hair ties, period products, baby wipes, spray deodorant, dry shampoo)

How do I change the poles between static and spin?
Changing the poles to static or spin mode is super easy once you know how!
You'll use a hex key tool (turning the bottom screws) - where turning left to loosen the screws will put the pole to spin mode, and aligning the screws with the X on the base and turning right to tighten the screws will set the pole to static mode.
Please only ever touch the bottom screws, as loosening the higher screws will loosen the tension for the entire pole which keeps it in place.
There's also a slip of paper located in the studio with a quick reminder on how to do this.
-
Do you have free parking?
Yes! There is a parking lot attached to the building site which is completely free to use. No registration or similar needed. If you're unable to find a space in the lot (which can happen at peak use times for the shared building) - there is also plenty of free on street parking on the streets surrounding the building.
-
How do I find the studio?
The studio is located inside Dornoch Street Business Center, 30 Dornoch Street, Glasgow G40 2QT in Bridgeton area.
We have a reel on our instagram which can be found here. Please watch this all the way through to the end before visiting so you can easily navigate the building.
-
I've booked consecutive sessions, will I need separate codes?
No - if you book consecutive sessions or you extend your time while in the studio - you won't need a new code.
We set our codes according to the full time you've booked, and can extend this easily for the code if you extend your time.
-
Is your studio accessible for people with limited mobility or disabilities?
Yes! Our building has a ramp up to the front door and a lift available for use.
The studio facilities should be accessible for everyone - but if you notice anything that's not quite up to snuff, please let us know!
-
Is there a toilet available?
There is a small single toilet located just outside the studio door.
There are also larger, multiple cubicle toilets located on the ground floor at the front and rear of the building.
