About us 

Hi! We’re Abi and Daria - two best friends who got a crazy idea in spring 2024 to open up a pole practice space in Glasgow.

We both have done pole for a number of years and wanted a space to practice that didn’t involve any of the issues you often get when practicing on a home pole (carpets or damage to flooring, lack of space, lighting fixtures, and excessive noise to your neighbours or family).

While we loved open practice sessions at our fellow studios nearby, due to working full time jobs we often found we couldn’t make the times available at most studios.

From all these sentiments - DAM was born. A space to climb over 4 meters high, dance to our hearts content, and even do so together - on separate poles!

Pole has brought so much to both of our lives and we’re so happy to share this space with the wider pole community. We hope you enjoy our little studio as much as we do.
